Set Up

  • Area size – 8m x 8m
  • Footballs – 1
  • Cones – 5
  • Time – 5 minutes

Description

The player should stand next to one of the four corners on the outside.

The player should begin the drill by dribbling towards the middle cone. When the player reaches the middle cone they should dribble either to there left or right towards one of the cones on the outside. The player should then dribble around the outside of the cone before returning back to the middle cone. The player should then continue to repeat the process of this drill, dribbling around each cone on the outside, before returning back to the starting cone.

Look to perform 4 sets of this drill. 1 set is one complete lap of the set up. Alternate the direction in which you start a set each time. Look to have 30-45 seconds rest between each set.
