The player should stand next to the cone with the ball opposite the three cones.
The player should begin the drill by dribbling with the ball up to the middle cone opposite them. When the player reaches the cone, they should dribble to either one of the two cones on their left or their right. The player should then proceed to dribble round the cone. Once the player has dribbled round the cone, they should then dribble with the ball to the cone on the opposite side. The player should then proceed to dribble round the cone before making their way back to the middle cone. When the player reaches the middle cone they should dribble back to the cone in which they started the drill.
Look to perform 4 sets of this drill. 1 set is one complete lap of the set up. Alternate the direction in which you start a set each time. Look to have 30-45 seconds rest between each set.
